The service is provided as a private beta. Features, quotas and pricing may change, and the service may be modified, interrupted or discontinued during the beta period. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
2. Accounts and access
Beta access is granted per user by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written consent.
3. Credits and payment
Usage is billed against prepaid credits. The minimum credit purchase is $10 USD. Credits are consumed by storage ($0.03 per GB per month), indexing ($0.01 per indexed video minute) and search queries ($0.01 per query). Rates may change with notice; already-purchased credits keep their monetary value. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the media you upload. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process and index your content in order to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must have the rights to any content you upload. You may not use the service to store or index unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others, or to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Data and deletion
You can delete your content at any time; deletion removes both the stored media and its search index entries. On termination of your account, remaining content is deleted within a reasonable period.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The beta service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Search results are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 4, 6 and 7 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms during the beta. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
