Account details (name, email), the media you upload for indexing, your search queries, and basic usage data (credits consumed, API calls) needed for billing and service operation.
2. How we use it
To provide the service: store your media, build your private search index, answer your queries and bill your usage. We do not train models on your content, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
3. Where your data lives
Media and index data are stored in your private partition, isolated per account. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
4. Retention and deletion
Your content is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items or your whole account at any time; deletion removes both the media and its search index entries within a reasonable period.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses only what is needed for sign-in sessions and basic, aggregate usage statistics. No third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct account details, or ask for full deletion at any time through the contact page.
7. Changes
We may update this policy during the beta and will note the date of the latest revision above.
